China's first "ecological shop" established

China's first "ecological shop" was established in Jiangsu's Yangzhou on
Aug. 30. This "ecological shop" is one of the projects of the research
"ecological urban planning and management" jointly conducted by Yangzhou
and Germany. This project aims to strengthen balanced ecological, social
and economic development in the process of urbanization and provide
environment-related information and service to the public.
