China's largest private museum

Opening ceremony of the Museum of Chinese History located in Fuyang Town,
Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province was held on Dec. 28th. This is an
all-around privately-owned museum featuring research, collection and
preservation of cultural relics. Hong Murong, a famous Chaozhou
collector, invested to build this museum. It covers an area of 25 mu
(4.125 acres) and its total construction area amounts to 20,000 square
meters with over 126,000 exhibits.
