Qiqihar in heavy snow and strong wind

Citizens were plodding against the heavy snow and strong wind in a street
of Qiqihar on March 10. Qiqihar witnessed heavy snow and strong wind on
that day, with the maximum Beaufort wind scale reaching 7. The local
weather authority released a yellow early warning against snow disaster.
